How a project runs

A pilot plans the route, flies the whole trip, and lands where you need to be. I work the same way: you deal with one person from the first call to the handoff.

  1. Plan

    We pin down the scientific question, the data you have, and what a useful result looks like.

  2. Build

    I design and build the pipeline, analysis, or tool, with regular check-ins so nothing drifts off course.

  3. Hand off

    You get working, documented software your team can run and maintain without me.

About Todd Creasy

I have spent 25 years in bioinformatics, including 11 years at AstraZeneca supporting programs across every disease area. For 14 of those years I also led teams of scientists and engineers.

I started PilotBio to bring that experience directly to the teams who need it, without the overhead of a large firm. I am based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and work with clients anywhere.
